~ Orange Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe (using Keto Flour)

Gluten Free Orange Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe (using Keto Flour)

This batch makes 15 soft chewy cookies, each under 1g net carbs 

Ingredients (* = available here at Keto Store NZ):
1 Cups + 1/2 cups of Keto Flour*
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder*
3/4 cup Allulose*
1/4 Cup Golden Brown Sugar* 
1 Egg
115g Melted Butter
1 teaspoon Vanilla Flavour It* or Vanilla Essence
1/2 cup Keto Chocolate Chips*
1/2 teaspoon Orange Flavour It (click the links below to get more flavour combinations)

Keto Flour Options
• At 0.3g carbs per 1/4 Cup is version 2.0 from 2023, available in 500g and 1.25kg bag sizes and while not tested for the presence of gluten, all the ingredients do not contain gluten. 
• At 0.7g carbs per 1/4 Cup is the GF version from 2024, that has the psyllium husk added for ingredients where moisture control is required like breads and yeast risen food, available in a 500g bag size.

Equipment: 
Mixing bowl
Electric hand mixer
Baking tray

Method: 
1 - Lightly Mix or Hand Blend all the ingredients into a bowl.
2 - Take a scoop of the dough approx 2 Tablespoons worth. Roll the dough and squash it into a cookie shape. They don't spread, so you can set them out closely on the tray.  
3 - Bake on a lined tray at 180 degrees C for 10-12 minutes
4 - Leave them on the tray until they are completely cooled. 

Macros Nutrition Facts:
One batch of 15 cookies at half a carb per cookie - depends on your choice of chocolate chips.
