This powder is 30 serves and makes 15 litres of amazing tasting low carb, low sugar electrolytes with added glutamine. How to make it: Simply add 10g (which is the scoop included) to 500ml cold water. Stir, shake and have a boogie until it's dissolved. No special mixing device is needed.
Macros: each 10g serve provides Energy 4kJ, Carbs 0.1g, Sodium 112mg, Potassium 50mg, Magnesium 32mg, Calcium 80mg, Glutamine 500mg (see the product images for more information).
